Used twice over: ground for a proper morning scrub, and infused for the scent, which is nothing like a coffee fragrance oil. Coffee is also the only thing we have found that genuinely takes the smell of garlic off hands.

How it is made matters as much as what is in it
- Batches of sixty
- Small enough that one person watches the whole pour. Nothing is made a pallet at a time, which is why a colour shifts a little between batches — and why we would rather it did.
- Made by hand
- Melted, blended, poured, cut and wrapped by hand. The cutting marks are real, and no two bars weigh the same to the gram.
- Never tested on animals
- Not by us, and not by anyone we buy from. There is no version of a bar of soap that needs an animal to prove it is safe.
- Vegan, where it can be
- Most of the range is. The honey soap and the beeswax candles are not, and they are named as such on their own pages rather than hidden behind an asterisk.
