Stock us

For stores, spas, hotels and the kind of concept shop that reads the ingredient list before the margin. Small terms, plainly stated. No negotiation theatre.

We are a small maker, so we are a small supplier. Better you know the shape of that before you fill in a form. We pour sixty bars at a time, one mould to a hand, and there are only so many moulds. That is a supply chain with no slack in it: we can serve a shelf reliably, and we cannot serve forty stores in festive season without failing you somewhere.

What we are good at is being the thing on your shelf with a story your staff can tell in thirty seconds. The rose comes from Kannauj, distilled over a wood fire. It is melt and pour, which is the only way anyone gets a soap shaped like a donut. The colour is beetroot, which is why no two are the same. That sells better than a claim does.

The terms

All of them, before you ask. We have never understood why trade terms have to be extracted over three emails.

Minimum order
50 units on the opening order, mixed across the range however you like. 30 on reorders. We would rather you took five of ten things than fifty of one and found out in March that your customers wanted a different one.
Margin
Keystone — you buy at roughly half our listed price, and the recommended retail is our listed price. We do not undercut you on our own site, we do not run flash sales that make your shelf look expensive, and we do not discount, ever. That last one is worth more to a stockist than most trade terms are.
Territory
Non-exclusive by default. We will grant exclusivity in a defined area against a volume commitment, and we have done it twice. If we already supply someone near you, we will tell you before you order rather than after.
Lead time
Two to three weeks on anything not already on the shelf, and it is a queue rather than a chemistry problem. A bar sets in an afternoon; fifty of them, poured one mould at a time around everything else in the room, take a fortnight to reach the top of the list. Tell us your date early and we will tell you honestly whether it is a date or a wish. Candles from March to June ship with insulation and may be held during a heat advisory.
GSTIN
Optional. We welcome all business buyers, registered or not. If you have a GSTIN, share it and it goes on the trade invoice for your records; if you do not, that is no barrier to stocking us.
Payment
100% on the opening order. 50/50 on reorders once we have traded twice. No consignment — we are too small to fund your shelf, and any supplier our size who tells you otherwise is about to have a difficult year.
Returns
We take back anything that arrives damaged, at our cost, on a photograph. We do not take back stock that did not sell. That is the honest deal and it is why the MOQ is 50 rather than 500.
Merchandising
We will send the shot list, the ingredient copy and the how-it-is-made explanation in a form you can put on a shelf card. What we will not send is a branded gondola, because we do not have one and you would not want it.

The enquiry

Tell us about the shelf

A reply within two working days with the trade price list and the current lead time — including, if it applies, a plain “we are already stocked near you”.

Buying gifts for a company rather than reselling? Corporate gifting is a different form.

The business

We welcome all business buyers. If you have a GSTIN, it goes on the trade invoice for your records — but it is not required to stock us.

The fit

Where you sell, and how far you reach.

Minimum 50, mixed across the range as you like.

Are you asking for territory exclusivity?

We grant it rarely and only against a volume commitment. Better asked now than argued about later.

What else you carry, roughly how big you are, and why you think we fit. This is the field we actually read first.

A reply within two working days, with the trade price list.
