Something they will
actually use

Handmade soap, salt and candles. In boxes with your name on them, if you want it there. A proper itemised invoice with every order — the kind a finance team can actually process.

There is no checkout on this page, and that is not an oversight. Nobody buying two hundred Diwali gifts wants a card form. They want a number, a proforma invoice with a GSTIN on it, a date they can put in front of a finance team, and a person who answers when the date moves.

So this is a conversation. Tell us the quantity, the budget and the deadline. We come back within a working day with a proposal and an invoice you can process. Nothing goes in a basket at any point.

The three things that matter

01

The invoice

With every order, in your company's name, with your GSTIN noted on it for your records — a proper, itemised invoice you can file, not a card receipt. A gifting supplier who cannot invoice you properly is not a supplier, and we have heard enough stories about handmade vendors who could not to know it is worth stating plainly.

02

Six to eight weeks, for Diwali

None of it is waiting for soap to be ready — a bar sets in an afternoon. It is arithmetic. Five hundred bars is five hundred pours, one mould at a time, by the same two pairs of hands that make everything else in the shop, and by September those hands are already promised to somebody. Add the custom wrap, which belongs to a printer with a queue of his own, and the dispatch to forty addresses. So a Diwali order placed in August is comfortable, September is tight, and October is a conversation about what we have already made.

03

Sustainability, meant literally

This is our real difference from the incumbents, and it is not a slogan. No palm oil. Soy and beeswax, never paraffin. Terracotta from a potter in Khurja and brass from a workshop we can name — vessels that stay on a desk after the wax is gone. Set that beside a box of imported dry fruit in a plastic tray, and you have a gift somebody keeps rather than regifts.

What we can do

And, more usefully, what we cannot. Everything below has been done for a real client. Nothing below is a rendering.

Branding
Foil-blocked logo on the box lid, a printed belly band, or a card with your message set in our type rather than yours. We will not print your logo on the soap itself — it survives four days of use and then you have a smudge. Add about a week for branding.
Multi-address dispatch
Ninety boxes to ninety home addresses, each with a named card. Send the sheet, we do the rest, and you get one invoice and one tracking file. Since 2020 this has been more common than dispatch to an office, and it is priced per address rather than per box.
The contents
Any combination of what we have poured. Soap and salt travel well and keep for two years. Candles are seasonal — see below. A typical box is two bars, a salt and a small candle; a good one is fewer, better things.
Sampling before you commit
We will send a sample box at cost before any order over 100 units. You should smell the thing before you put your company's name on two hundred of them.
What we will not do
Cut the pour to hit a date. Print your logo on a bar. Ship candles into a heat advisory in May and hope. Substitute a synthetic fragrance to hit a price point — if the budget does not reach, we will tell you and propose fewer, better items instead of a worse version of the same box.

The enquiry

Tell us the shape of it

Ten fields, and you already know most of the answers. A person reads it and replies within a working day with a proposal and a proforma invoice.

Would rather talk? Both of these reach the same person.

Who you are

Fifteen characters. We'll note it on your invoice for your records.

What you need

Boxes, roughly. Minimum 25.

A band, not a commitment.

The date it must be in hands, not the date you would like it dispatched.

Logo or custom branding?

Foil-blocked on the box, a printed belly band, or a card with your message. Branding adds roughly a week.

Dispatch

Ninety boxes to ninety home addresses is a different job from ninety to one office — and, since the pandemic, the more common one.

The occasion, the recipients, a constraint we should know about. The more specific you are, the less back-and-forth this takes.

No payment, no account. A person replies within one working day.
