The making of it
It is clear, not green. Green aloe gel is dyed — ours is the colour aloe actually is. The pulp is filleted by hand from leaves grown outside Coimbatore, with the bitter yellow latex rinsed off. That is the part that upsets skin, and the part cheap gel leaves in. What is left is 96% aloe, a thickener, and a preservative. It is a water gel in a hot country, and mould is not a matter of opinion.
